1. Check the packaging and interior<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(1) cartons and cartons (or color boxes) clean, neat, no damp, extrusion deformation, dirty, marked clearly;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(2) foam packaging size appropriate, clean, and no deformation, moisture, damage and other defects;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(3) the production date of the carton is clearly marked;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(4) whether the packaging method is reasonable and firm;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(5) whether the bar code is clear;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(6) whether the machine installed in the box is consistent with the packaging; Instruction manual, certificate of conformity and legible print.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Check the product sticker<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(1) all the stickers are in the right position, no wrong paste, paste, no bubble, warped edge. (the test can be wiped with a cloth soaked in alcohol.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(2) all the stickers printed word is clear and neat, the design, logo, color is clear and correct;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(3) whether the product name, power, voltage and frequency on the nameplate are correct;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(4) product components whether there are scratches, black spots, burrs, watermarks, stains and other bad phenomena, color is correct;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(5) the position of each accessory is close, leaving a gap of no more than 1mm; Whether the switch button is flexible, whether the handlebar assembly is firm, the position is appropriate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Product performance testing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(1) high voltage test: AC 110\/220v 3.1kv \/1MIN 0.5ma;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(2) switch test: power test, continuous switch more than 10 times, should be able to work normally;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(3) power test: under standard voltage, +5% ~ -10% of rated power is the normal operating range, otherwise, it is unqualified product;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(4) start the test: start the test from the low position first, and start the machine immediately after the switch;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(5) wind blockage test (prevent fan from stopping)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(6) test of electric heating wire: under normal operation, the heating wire should not redness obviously (wind blocking for 1-2 seconds). When working at 15% above the rated power, it should work normally for at least 30 minutes. Protection switch can not be premature protection, plastic shell deformation;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(7) noise testing: use the noise tester (A) to measure the weight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(8) life test: under normal voltage, it can work continuously for at least 200 hours (factory standard). During 4-6 hours of aging test, the power cord shall not be obviously hot, the plastic shall not be deformed, and the protection switch shall not take off (except under special circumstances);<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(9) cold wind test<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(10) hot air test<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(11) drop test<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(12) power cord test: pull the power cord with a force of 15 kilograms (KG) without loosening or disconnecting the power cord. The power cord should be normally energized without any bad contact<\/p>\n\n\n\n
