First. Integrated Process
1. Inspect the frame for damage and lens scratches.

3. Product performance testing

(1) high voltage test: AC 110/220v 3.1kv /1MIN 0.5ma;

(2) switch test: power test, continuous switch more than 10 times, should be able to work normally;

(3) power test: under standard voltage, +5% ~ -10% of rated power is the normal operating range, otherwise, it is unqualified product;

(4) start the test: start the test from the low position first, and start the machine immediately after the switch;

(5) wind blockage test (prevent fan from stopping)
