1 packaging inspection
(1) outer carton/inner carton inspection
(2) inspection of color box/blister packaging
(3) inspection of accessories
(4) whether the contents of the packaging materials including the instruction, warranty card and service card are consistent with the products.
2 safety inspection
Whether there are sharp corners, whether there are sharp edges and points.
3 appearance inspection
(1) product confirmation and inspection: check whether the products are consistent with the samples, samples, specifications, orders, color box pictures and contents, instructions and so on provided by the customer.
(2) appearance inspection: observe whether there is obvious damage, scratch and paint off.
4 mechanical inspection
(1) check with the hand clapper
Tap the product to make it vibrate slightly and check for any foreign matter or loose assembly in the product.
(2) assembly inspection
The assembly of each part of the accessories whether the gap is too large, wrong accessories, accessories with too loose or tight.
(3) check the unevenness of the foot cushion with a stopper
Place the product on the glass to see if it wobbles, measure its value with a feeler and record it.
If the factory cannot provide the plug, other methods can be used for reference. For example, several layers of white paper can be put on the skew of the product foot pad, and then the thickness of white paper can be measured
(4) battery box inspection
After loading the battery, then cover the battery door and pat the machine with your hand. The product should not break down.
If the battery is installed in the product, if the customer requires electrical insulation protection film, check whether the film can play an electrical insulation protection role
5. Routine function test
(1)On/Off switch 3 times the product should have the original function.
(2) double power function check (for those with solar panels)
To check whether the original charging function is available, the following methods can be used:
A. The simple test method can remove the battery or disconnect the battery power. The solar panels are under strong light and in the dark;
B. Solar panels can be detected to charge rechargeable batteries under strong light.
(3) test according to instructions or common methods.
The general manual has introduced the use of the product, can refer to the manual test, to test all the buttons, if there is automatic shutdown function to record the shutdown time, but a lot of products together at the same time test
(4) after switching on and off the machine, the memory can be checked.

Buttons can not be jammed, all buttons can be tested according to the instructions or common way.

(2) performance test
A. Battery voltage measurement
For AA/AAA batteries: check with a multimeter that the battery voltage should exceed 1.50v.
B. Working/standby current test
Check the working/standby current with a multimeter and record the parameters.
The multimeter is connected in series to the power supply circuit of the product. The working current is the current when the product is started up and operated. Standby current is the current when the device is turned on and the product is not being operated
C. Internal process and main components inspection.
(3) dimension inspection
A. Bar code scanning
Scan the barcode 3 times with the scanner
The bar code must be readable and the scanner display should match the number printed on the bar code.
B. Check the size and weight of the shipped cartons
Measure product length x width x height or according to product specification
Compare with product specification. If no product specification is provided, record the data in the report.
C. Measurement of external dimensions of products
This test is not suitable if the product or package size is not mentioned in the customer’s specification.
(4) transportation test
Drop test of shipped carton (not applicable if not required by customer)
